The 2009 Holiday Offer was not in your local newspaper this year. Customers who ordered in 2009 were sent out order forms in October.
If you placed an order via the mail this year and your check was cashed then the order is in production. For orders placed prior to 11/1/09 Calendars shipped from Florida on Monday 12/7/09. Other holiday items including the notecards and ornaments are shipped from our NYC area warehouse on Monday 12/7/09.
