I purchased 1 ladle for me and 1 for my mom. We both have arthritis in our hands. The handle is very nice to grab onto when serving soup. I would like to see this ladle have a spout on the side for easier pouring into the soup bowl. My mom said she liked hers also. Very sturdy and would recommend to other shoppers.
