When will the holiday collection go live?
The 2015 Holiday Collection is scheduled to go live on or about October 12th. We recommend that you opt-in to our email list for sneak peeks and to be very first to know about all our promotions. Direct mail is planned to be in home on or about October 12, 2015.
Will a figurine be in the collection?
Yes, a holiday figurine will be introduced in October. Other figurines are in development and will be added to CampbellShop.com over time. We recommend that you opt-in to our email list for early notification of all new product arrivals.
Will the calendar include coupons?
Yes, the 2016 Campbell Kids Calendar will include recipes and coupons this year. Currently, the value of coupons is estimated to be $8 or greater.
Will the calendar include the Campbell Kids?
Yes, the 2016 calendar will feature vintage Campbell Kids imagery from the early 20th century.

My holiday product arrived late last year, will they ship earlier this year?
Yes, all product is planned to be in stock and shipping by October 15, 2015.
Will the calendar have larger daily blocks and be lighter in color?
Yes, by popular demand, the 2016 Calendar has been designed for maximum writing space and legibility.

Will you ship internationally?
Yes, CampbellShop.com will ship internationally at the consumer’s freight expense on all items. It is the responsibility of the consumer to pay all duties and tariffs.

If you can’t find something you are looking for, please click on “Suggestions” at the bottom of the page on CampbellShop.com and submit your product suggestions. As much as we would like to, we cannot bring all product suggestions to market, but will bring those that we think are feasible to market.
Once payment has been accepted, products will ship within 48 hours. There may be some exceptions depending on product availability and personalization should that apply.
How will my order ship?
Your order will ship according to the shipping method you chose at checkout. If you would like to check the status of your order, login to “My Account” for order status.
At this time, we cannot accept check payments. Please use your debit or credit card to make your purchase.
If you have any changes you would like to make to your personalized item, please contact Customer Service at (877) 235-3980 Monday through Friday 8:30AM - 6:00PM ET. Please note, that due to the personalization process we cannot guarantee any changes once you have completed the checkout process.
